OFFICE POLICY

The emphasis of our practice is to center on availability, reliability, considerate care, and thorough patient education. Dr. Bade is in solo practice and does not routinely take call with other physicians. This allows only him to be available nearly 95% of the time, seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day to you. The exceptions to this are when he is on vacation or attending conferences. By merely calling the office number you will be able to contact him. If for some reason he cannot be contacted through the office, his home phone is listed in the phone book.

Not only do we want to correct your problem, but we make a strong effort to inform you just what those particular problems are. We encourage the presence of your spouse or significant other during discussions especially if they are related to conditions that may require surgery. We encourage you to call us if new questions, concerns, or problems arise. Our concern with your well being does not stop once you leave our office.
